Who I am

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Oregon with over five years of experience working as a psychotherapist with youth, adolescents and adults in  inpatient and outpatient setting. I have worked with clients from a broad range of concerns including anxiety, depression/ mood disorders, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, family dynamic distresses, couples therapy, poor communication styles, attachment, abuse and trauma.  Furthermore, I have worked in the field of social work and mental health for over 10 years assisting individuals’ part of the Sever Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) population recover and regain their lives back to the fullest. I take a non-judgmental, caring, person-centered and collaborative approach to facilitating therapy. I take a holistic approach to therapy as the body and mind are interconnect. When a person's body or mind are not at 100% the other tends to start to suffer.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, dogs (Makalani and Leilani), waterfowl, cooking, baking, travel, and the great outdoors.
